CAMILA COMES OUT TONIGHT

When her grandmother becomes seriously ill, Camila is forced to move to Buenos Aires and leave behind her friends. Changing a liberal public high school for a traditional private institution will only increase Camila’s premature but fierce temperament. While coping with the turbulence proper of adolescence she discovers her feelings for Clara, a classmate with a secret.

INÉS MARÍA BARRIONUEVO

Born in Córdoba, Argentina, she is a director, writer and producer who has directed short films, documentaries and three feature films. Her first short film La Quietud was included in the Official Competition in Locarno. Her first feature film Atlántida premiered at the 2014 Berlin Film Festival and his second Julia y el Zorro premiered in the New Directors section of San Sebastián in 2018. Her third film Las Motitos premiered at the Mar del Plata Festival 2020 and her latest work Camila Comes Out Tonight was part of the Official Selection of San Sebastián 2021.
